The Car
- Named “Agatha”, after Agatha Heterodyne from the webcomic Girl Genius (because she’s sparky!)
- 1971 VW Karmann Ghia Coupé
- Custom adjustable front beam, lowered
- Custom fiberglass dashboard
- Custom Scat front seats (very comfy and secure)
- Suffered an engine fire
- Needs some paint and wiring work (see engine fire above)
The EV stuff
- 8inch diameter ADC series DC motor (for the Corbin Sparrow, part number 203-06-4004), from EV America
- Motor adapter from Electro Automotive
- 16 Exide Orbital marine batteries
- PFC-20 charger and 16 regulators from Manzanita Micro
- Zilla controller from Cafe Electric
- Heater and other miscellaneous electrical boxes and parts from Canadian EV
- Instrumentation: probably a Link-10, possibly a custom cross-needle gauge from Westach, looking into building an LED array that shows state of charge graphically
